Official Hardy County docket questions must go to the office that keeps the file. This private site cannot provide records or act for a court. Use the routing below to reach the Circuit Clerk for Circuit and Family Court material or the Magistrate Clerk for Magistrate cases. Both offices are at the Hardy County Courthouse in Moorefield, West Virginia, but they maintain different records and search systems.

We cannot retrieve a docket, issue a certified copy, alter or seal a case, move a hearing, or give legal advice. Contact the court or its clerk for those services.
